Week 44: finding my why
I’ve been thinking about what creates the best conditions for teams to do their best work.
Last week, I finished my work with Public Digital and Ontario One Call, which gives me some availability as we approach the end of the year. I shared a post on LinkedIn about using ChatGPT to analyse nearly a year’s worth of weeknotes.
I began the pitch deck for a new project. I’ve been developing this idea for a long time and I’m passionate about it. It’s the closest I’ve come to finding my “why”, as Simon Sinek would say. Thanks to a friend for being a brilliant sounding board and helping me develop some of the ideas.
