Now
What I'm doing at the moment. This is a now page — it gets overwritten rather than added to, so there is only ever one of them.
Writing
I'm writing a series about my work at GovTech Barbados. The first story, Building the team at GovTech Barbados, is out. You can read the writing here or follow by RSS.
I also write weeknotes, about what I've been building and doing.
Work
I'm building tools with AI. It's how I research and test AI ideas, and I write up what I find in the weeknotes.
I'm available for work from November 2026. I work with teams to build AI-powered organisations that scale. Impact covers the work I've done. If you want to talk about something, email [email protected] or see how to get in touch.
Until then I'm climbing as much as I can, getting fit and building things that have been on my list for a long time.
Where
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, in the French Alps. In the mountains as much as possible.
