Week 25: a roadmap they will publish
Happy midsummer!
I’m working on the Ontario One Call maturity assessment roadmap digital strategy.
My engagement ends next week, so this could be my last weeknote for a while.
This week I’ve:
- Presented everything we’ve been working on to One Call’s executive and senior leadership teams with my Public Digital colleague Angie (I’m going to miss our tag-team presentations). It was a tough crowd, but again the CEO sang our praises.
- Finished a final report, which I see as one last chance to convey some honest messages.
- Sketched a wireframe version of the roadmap that they are going to publish. I see that as a big win. When we started with One Call, the idea of publishing a roadmap like this was unthinkable.
