Week 24: a roadmap estimator
I’m working on the Ontario One Call digital roadmap.
This week has been about tidying up a few things and writing a final report for One Call.
Alongside all of that, my Public Digital colleague Angie and I have developed a roadmap estimator, which is just a Google Sheet that shows a timeline view of delivery. The idea is that you can play about with the time you’d like to invest in different initiatives and see the impact on the end result. Of course, it’s a work of fiction, but I hope it’s a useful conversational tool.
