Week 34: maybe a smaller problem than we thought
I’m working on two exemplar services for Ontario One Call: information management and reporting, and sharing locates.
This week turned out to be short. I’ve been reviewing user research outputs and trying to work out the gap between what people think the problem is and what we’re finding the problem is. Early research suggests the problem isn’t that big and could be fixed by sensible interface design.
That’s excellent news, because it gives the client evidence to lead the conversation about what should happen next.
